Changed the back area of the sub. Considering some rework to implement a one time torpedo tube to the back...

Added/replaced the abundant c4 to a more fitting place...you will find it if you know the most precious thing inside a german sub. The detonator is in the ammo store. Also added in some arctic gear.

Updated Uboat Type VIIc "Belzebub" modded.

Fixed a light, changed sensitivity of the throttle, added some more descriptions (yeah in german...come on...it is not that hard ^^), removed some wobbly hull blocks.
