Fixed an event that would not give the Germans a core on "Gdynia" and "Memel" if somehow the Soviets captured them first. (After the Molotov-Ribbentrop Pact)

Now peaceful coup after "Coup d'etat" national focus will remove national spirit that we shouldn't have at this point. ("Anti-Soviet Military Thinking Banned" all 3 of them) This has been fixed already in version 1.14.1
