Changed keys for Observer Ward, Sentry Ward and Dust of Appearance

Now they are: Control group 5, Control group 6 and Control group 7 respectively

The effect can again be dispelled.
Item cooldown reduced from 14s to 5s

Healing when used on an ally changed from 5% max. health per second to 100 health per second.
The effect is no longer interrupted when taking damage

Aghanim Shard magic resistance reduced from 12% to 8%

Rot
Healing with epic talent reduced from 30/50% of damage dealt to 25/40%

Health threshold at which you stop taking damage from Rot with epic talent reduced from 25% to 20%

Rot damage increase from health waste with legendary talent reduced from 40% to 30%

Flash Heap
Rare Flesh Heap strength per charge reduced from 1/2/3 to 1/1.5/2

Empowered attack damage with epic talent increased from 120% of strength to 150%

Epic talent maximum damage reduction on low health reduced from 35% to 30%

Flesh Heap duration on epic attacks increased from 7 seconds to 9 seconds

Legendary attack speed boost increased from 100 to 120

Dismember
Epic talent cooldown reduction reduced from 1/1.5s to 0.8/1.2s

Dismember's on death effect with the epic talent now only works on 1 target

Legendary ability duration reduced from 6 seconds to 5 seconds
Damage threshold for effect interruption reduced from 40% of max. health up to 30%
Creep damage increased from 10% of max. health to 15%, and the cooldown in this case is reduced from 10 seconds to 8 seconds

Spell damage increase against bosses on wave 22 increased from 65% to 90%

Buildings damage protection when attacking enemy buildings and patrol creeps increased from 50% to 65%

Now, if a player gets on the wrong map, he will not be kicked out with a slight difference in rating (+-40)
