The hero will only be available for Dota 1x6 Plus subscribers until the next hero is released.

You can purchase the subscription on the website Dota 1x6 [dota1x6.com]

You can learn the talents of the hero at the hero selection stage. If there is only 1 player in the lobby, the time to choose a hero will be infinite.
