Added a new hero: Muerta

You can learn its talents at the hero selection stage. If there is only 1 player in the lobby, the time to choose a hero will be infinite.

Differences from Dota:
1) The Calling only silences creeps for 0.5 seconds
2) Gunslinger proc chance reduced from 20/30/40/50% to 15/20/25/30%
3) Pierce the Veil duration reduced from 6/7/8s to 4/4.5/5s and bonus damage from 50/100/150 to 30/45/60
4) Pierce the Veil cooldown reduced from 75/60/45 to 55/50/45
5) Aghanim Scepter and Aghanim Shard changed
