Item magic resistance reduced from 20% to 15%

Orb of Destruction item moved from tier 3

Blast Rig item not removed (unlike update 7.33)

Dandelion Amulet item added
Defiant Shell item added
Vindicator's Ax item added

4 tier:
Flicker item removed

Mind Breaker moved from tier 3 (silence duration increased from 1s to 1.5s)

Martyr's Plate item not added (Unlike update 7.33)

Ninja Gear cooldown reduced from 150s to 100s

5 tier:
Pirate Hat bonus attack speed reduced from 150 to 120

Book of Shadows duration reduced from 3s to 2.5s
Cooldown increased from 20s to 25s
