Changed the experience formula for killing heroes
Previously: 100 + 0.13 * Killed Hero Experience + Killstreak Experience
Now: 100 + 0.04 * Killed Hero Experience + 0.2 * Difference in experience

Thus, the experience for killings will be much less, not counting those situations where the killed hero had more experience.

Added notification 25 seconds before the start of the duel.

Fixed talent selection refresh not working properly

Fixed Hoodwink's Aghanim Scepter not working properly

1) Now, the second level of a 2-level epic talent can only be obtained after learning the 1st level of all other epic talents of this ability

2) The "Refresh" button now always completely refreshes the selection, meaning you cannot get the same talents a second time. If the hero has no new epic talents left, rare talents will be offered
