Update 1.4a
Some further tweaks to the way the variables are handled. 0x multiplier should now actually mean entirely disabled. Hopefully!
Default spawn chances for Extra Vanilla Regions setting have also been (roughly) halved.

No, don't ask me why the translation files aren't working, I don't know. Same setup as the dev version and they work just fine there.

Update 1.4
Functional spawn multipliers! The system is not 100% perfect; factions with a 0x multiplier may still spawn very rarely, and wandering exos may still appear even if the checkbox for them is disabled. That said;
- Base spawn chances for all non-exo zombies have been halved.
- All exo zombie spawn chances have been reduced by 90%, down from the already rare 0.05 to 0.005.

Spawn multiplier can be set per-faction, as low as 0.0x (though, as noted above, they may still occasionally spawn), or as high as 100.0x. As before, this is a relative chance compared to all other zombies. If you set Monolith to 100x, you won't have 100x more zombies, but the vast majority of zombies that spawn in the wild will be wearing Monolith gear.
