MASSIVE fix
All affliction problems and texture compression errors should be fixed!

Moloch Old/Mother shell has proper armor value so it doesn't insta gib.

Cyclops should be slightly lighter.

Observer headset status effect should no longer stack and cause massive problems.

Teleglitch and all variants using that rigging have skeleton fixed
