Version 1.3.0

* Prevent players from entering vehicle interiors if they are threatened by zombies. This feature can be configured
(including disabled) with sandbox variables.
* Add support for declaring vehicle interiors as safehouses in multiplayer:
* If it's non-trespass safehouse, players who aren't allowed can't use the "enter" option from the vehicle.
* If a player respawns in a vehicle interior safehouse, they are jumped to the normal entry square for the interior.
* Fix bus seats so they can be disassembled or destroyed.
* Restore compatibility with Vehicle Light Chime mod, so it doesn't throw errors when entering the interior.
* Fix the encoding of the Russian localization file.
* When the interior map takes too long to load, instead of automatically returning the player to the vehicle, the mod
now shows a dialog asking if they want to return, so they can wait if the interior is just loading slowly.
* Remove the legacy SP version.

* Players exiting the interior will try to return to the seat they were in. If the seat is now occupied or uninstalled,
they will return to any installed unoccupied seat (starting from the back), or exit the vehicle if none are found.
* Compatibility with the Prison Busses from Small Town First Responders.
* Make electricity used inside the interior apply more accurately and frequently to the vehicle's battery.
* Prevent the driver from entering the interior if the vehicle is moving.
