As suggested by the user Lini, I have added options to adjust the percent of the population that is male. Basically, you can choose if you want a race to have 0% (if they already have males), 25%, 50%, 75%, or 100% males. If no options are chosen, the default percentage will be used. Only choose one option for each race.

If you would like additionally percentages or increments, let me know. I just didn't want a lot of unnecessary clutter, and I thought increments of 25 would be good.
