A LOT more item costumes are updated. (Nearly all of them I think, but it's not done)

Minor changes to Tainted Madoka's pickup red hearts morphing mechanic.

- Spawned Red Hearts are now replaced with Soul Hearts when playing as Tainted Madoka.
- Soul Gem now requires extra 1000 Soul Points per death.

- A bit more costumes.
- Changed Soul Gem revival value when you have no red heart containers to 2000 Points.

- Fixed critical issues such as when playing as Tainted Madoka, attempting to enter a curse room death animation doesn't play out as intended, death animation replays suddenly when after death the player gets hit again etc.
- Soul Points recovery when clearing a Boss Room as Tainted Madoka lowered from 1750 to 1000.
- You will now get a note about how much Soul Points did you spend for revival when playing as Tainted Madoka.
- Implemented a few item costumes. (NOT ALL OF THEM YET! MORE TO COME! Find out yourself what did I add... shoutout to the modding community for helping me out with some of those!)
