Description
[2025 April 29th - Notes: Sorry if this update turned out really long, but... that's just how life is over here. Next update will change Madoka's starting item so... it might take longer for me to get the coding part right. Please just be patient.]

Never seen anyone else doing a Madoka Magica mod (aside from the soundtrack mod by PixelDemise, only has up to AB+, no repentance music) so I thought I'd try to make one.

This is my first time ever making mods for TBOI, any feedback is welcome. (I might make this open source for everyone's contribution)

Madoka's stats:
2 Red Hearts
0.80 Speed
3.00 Tears
2.00 Damage
6.60 Range
1.00 Shot Speed
1 Luck
Starts with Cupid's Arrow, Epiphora (temporary starting items, might change them in a future update) & Hierophant Tarot Card.

Tainted Madoka's stats (might revamp the look to have a more edgier/darker look in a future update):
4 Hearts
1.00 Speed
2.31 Tears
4.50 Damage
6.60 Range
0.6 Shot Speed
-3 Luck
Exclusive item: Soul Gem.

is the cupids arrow supposed to make Madoka have the silly tribal feathers on her head or is that just my sprites buggin out

This gives the player a counter known as "Soul Points" which drains overtime (accelerates depending on your health)
Using it when charged spends Soul Points, heals you 3 red hearts and grants you Shot Speed & Tears Up by A LOT which lasts for 3 seconds.
When you die you revive immediately full health and spends Soul Points depending on how many heart containers you have (750 per red hearts, if none revive with 2 soul hearts spending 2000).
You can't abuse these abilities however, if the points reach 0 you'll be given 12 broken hearts ending your current run.

I'm pretty sure I listed it out on EID description though...

The next update will release the costumes after they're finished.

Status update: Probably this mod is not gonna receive any major update since right now the main focus is on the item's costumes... and after seeing how many are there i I'm assuming it'll take a very long time, especially to fit the character too...

Please be patient until the costumes are ready to be released.
