v1.17:

- Tweak: Rework of the implant system to hopefully get rid of the small errors that were plaguing it, such as implants not being able to be placed if the original body part was missing, the game generating duplicates sometimes, etc. Courtesy of Allie.
- Tweak: Flesh growths will now never appear as a random hybrid in Abandoned Lab Quests, to avoid them basically extending over the whole map
- Fix: patch to make insectoids shearable and milkable will now no longer complain if it fails, to avoid an error if Improved Insectoids is installed
- Fix: Incident worker for roaming monstrosities raids will now check for PawnKindDefs without an associated race (I dunno why any mod would add that, but it has happened)

Fix: Said "fuck it" and rewrote the growth cell entirely, which should get rid of the existing errors
Fix: Paragon hybrids were sometimes deleting wombs when spawning, this should now only happen with Flesh Growth failures

- Fix: added EVEN MORE code to try to get rid of the elusive error where growth cells weren't able to be right clicked
- Tweak: Flesh flies will only spawn up to a limit of 40 in the whole map, to avoid lag
- Tweak: Flesh growths will not count towards the Failures precept, as some mods were disabling them from being de-registered when destroyed

Fix: Removed humanoid implants should now keep their quality

Tweak: rewritten the DNA Bank's description to reflect that it will only accept hybrids
Tweak: Decreased time of the archowomb to 355 hours (5 hours less than 15 days) to see if it gets rid of a pop up message talking about the ship reactor being ready
