Balance:
Yuri Prime's skills re-arranged somewhat. All monogod lines now have equal numbers of skills.
Rebalanced several of Yuri Prime's existing skills (mostly nerfs to the Tzeentch tree).

Content:
Completely overhauled and expanded Yuri Prime's armory system. Yuri Prime's equipment unlocks are now always progressively better, with sidegrades having their own progressively stronger unlocks. Yuri Prime's equipment is now no longer restricted by god.
Firepower now contains a further expansion to Yuri Prime's armory system that includes expanded recruitment options, the ability to access the entire Devotion tree, and more.

Fixes:
CA changed the land_unit ID for Cylostra, breaking variant-related properties (model and unit card text).

Known issues:
Having certain amounts of monogod pieces will, sometimes undesirably, change Yuri Prime's color palette when mixing and matching. Using a "Daemon Prince Painter" mod should sidestep the issue, but it doesn't bother me enough to worry about it.

Fixes:
Fixed placement of last two magic skills in Tzeentch variant of Exalted Lord of Change's skill tree.

Fixes:
Moved entire magic skill tree for Metal variant of Exalted Lord of Change due to new skills in row 2.

Moved Daemonic Glory dedication unlocker to another mod.

Be one with Yuri:
Final joining node for all monogod skill trees now provides 2 monogod corruption (up from 1).
Final joining node for all monogod skill tress now provides some upkeep reduction for monogod units.

Fixes:
CA moved Herald of Tzeentch's magic skill tree at some point. Updated to new row.

Fixes:
Text coloring for the new regen delay effect was inverted.
Ghorgon and Norsca Berserker RoR's were not included in the appropriate Khornate unit set.

Fixes:
Incorrect effect scopes for Tzeentchian corruption on Yuri Prime.

Balance:
Reworked two of Yuri Prime's final Tzeentch-aligned skills.
Wreathed in Chaos now only affects Tzeentchian daemons.
Alarmingly Alacritous Kineshield now only affects mortal followers of Tzeentch.
Each individual barrier skill strengthened as a result.

Fixes:
Mirror Guard were not in the appropriate unit set.
