Ripped out more features to later be released as full-fledged mods:
* Reaction fire fixes
* Ability icon colors

New bugfixes:
* Ragestrike now uses visibility conditions that other melee attacks also use instead of default.

Inspire targeting fix has more control over the applied fixes, more abilities added in config.

Ripped out some features:

Interact hotkeys and ability priorities, they are now available in Shot Hud Ability Position Exchanger by RustyDios.

Not Free Revive, doesn't need to be in this mod for now.

Armor piercing preview fix, will become part of Extra Damage Patcher.

Ripped out SPARK stealth and Suppression fixes, will release later as new mods.

Added weapon tech breakthrough damage bonus display fix.

Empty ammo heavy weapon fix changed, will no longer need to list every heavy weapon separately.

Added some toggleable logging to help with development and configuring.

Improved a lot of code to check more things to avoid duplicating things with other mods doing the same thing.

SPARK Hunter Protocol fix now doesn't neuter Overdrive. Wrecking Ball has its own fix to not trigger while still concealed.

Added fix for abilities that use medikit's charges but they weren't able to use charges from medikits that weren't equipped in utility slots.

Immunity fixes are now fully configurable. Added panic immunity to Avatars.

Added fix to clear Suppression with some events that make the target ineligible for Suppression or Suppression not getting removed when the target moved but the reaction shot didn't fire.

Localization changes moved to config mod so now this mod truly does nothing on its own.

1. Prevented Solace targeting robots and civilians.
2. Fixed damage previews for armor piercing abilities.

* Spectre and Assassin are no longer dumbasses and attempt to vanish while flanked.
* Dual Strike won't stay available on a bondmate if they didn't need to shoot their followup shot.
