c) The AI should now check on whether the treaty is being obeyed in certain intervals
d) Fixed an issue that resulted in gaining wargoals through the London Naval Conference even if you shouldn’t have gotten one
e) Changed the type of wargoal gained from controling participants of the London Naval Treaty from Topple Government to Puppet Wargoal

a) Elevated Engineering Corps: Railway Gun Bombardment bonus changed from +5% to +25%

e) Added bypass criteria to some focuses and changed bypass criteria for the wargoals on the US, Germany and/or the UK

a) reduced the “Offer citizenship” decision cost down to 25 Political Power
b) The focus “A Professional Army” now also adds 1 logistics level to existing army leaders

5) Italy:
a) Integration into the Empire does not require the state to be connected to your capital by land anymore

a) Fixed an issue because of which the AI would never do two of its focuses
b) Made some improvements to the fascist path

7) Russian Democratic Republic:
a) Added new GFX to National Spirits
b) Changed “Secure Our Southern Flank” to use an event to determine whether a Non-Agression pact gets signed

b) Fixed a bug through which Germany wouldn’t get a wargoal on Poland-Lithuania if the latter refused to cede territory
c) Reduced Production Retention and Production Growth of the German National Spirit “Prepared Wartime Industries” to 10%
3) Austria-Hungary:
a) Added cancellation triggers to the “Trade dominated by Austria-Hungary” for the Balkan states. The idea will now cancel if you’re either at war with them, they don’t exist or if they’re a puppet
4) United Kingdom:
a) Reduced Recruitable Population to 2% for “Every Man Will Do His Duty”
b) Grand Royal Army: Reduced Attack Factor to 5%, Reduced Defense Factor to 5%, Reduced Recruitable Population Factor to 10%
c) starting convoys 200 -> 350
d) Added new Focuses: “British Army Drills” which removes the army debuff
e) The Special Air Training focus now removes the airforce debuff
f) The focus Direct Ground Support only gives 100% research bonus but can be used 2 times now. The same applies to the other two focuses in the same row

5) The AI is no longer able to prospect for resources, which should increase the game speed
6) Removed a trigger that would immediately bypass the dockyard focuses in the generic focus tree if the nation was land-locked

8) Added an additional level to the voortrekker monument national spirit for the South African Rijk

2) Some minor changes to the province distribution around the sudetenland
3) 2 new states in Austria-Hungary: Innsbruck and West Tyrol, renamed Tyrol to East Tyrol and South Tyrol to Bolzano
4) 2 new states in the Ottoman Sultanate: Kars and Bursa, changes to the layout of the states: Amasya, Trabzon ,Samsun, Isparta and Afyon
5) New Tank Designer: 5 new module slots: Engine-Subtype, Armor Sub-Type, Ammunitions Slot I to III
The ammunition gives the base stats for Soft Attack, Hard Attack etc.
The main armament type gives buffs to certain attack types.
Armor is now categorized into light, medium, heavy, modern and super-heavy, with the Armor subtype being either riveted, welded or cast (3 different levels each) giving specific buffs/debuffs.
New and more special modules, changes to the upgrade system for tanks. Buffs are less strong and less of them can be applied, in exchange for that they also don’t increase the demand in strategic resources.
6) Added Adolf Hitler as the default fascist leader for Germany.
7) Added Joseph P. Kennedy as the deault constitutional Monarchy leader for the US.
8) The Generic focus tree now also gives wargoals against authoritarian countries if you’re authoritarian and against fascist countries if you’re fascist
9) You can now turn to all ideologies, also added advisors that can boost the new ideologies to all nations that use the generic focus tree
10) Made some adjustments to the Austro-Hungarian Focus Tree
11) Added new icons to British National Spirits
12) Made some adjustments to the UK
13) 3 new states in Libya
14) 2 new states in Chad
15) Added some new icons for several national spirits
16) Added initial AI behavior for the UK to try and form an Anglo-American alliance
