- Adjusted the baked-in war declaration dates for ranks A - C, introducing different dates for AI and players like other lower ranks. Rank A allows wars generally 6 months earlier now.

- Added a dogpile baked in rule for attackers, with the default duration being 3 months (works identically to existing dogpile rule for defenders, i.e. you will not get it if you declare a war on AI only)
- Nerfed PRC's "Our Own Initiative," "Swift Victory Doctrine," and "Dare-To-Die Corps" national spirits. The former two are replaced by one new, weaker idea after Jan 1st 1939, the latter has had it's modifiers decreased

- Tweaked generic ideology drift advisor's modifiers

- Added 4 generic ideology drift advisors to all countries to help players switch if their situation has changed (they have harsh debuffs so you don't keep them for longer than required)
