- Optimized most texture sizes.
- Optimized "Static ReflectionMapper".
- Optimized the Garage model.
- Optimized VisGroups, some models will not load in lower quality.
- Added a track helicopter (if unnecessary, it may be deleted later based on feedback).

- fix DRS zone for GP Layout.
- fix T5 & T10 AI slowing down problem, AI will through there as fast as they can.
- fix GP Layout pitlane problem, AI will do pit stops instead of just drive through.
- optimized the AI driving line for 2 layout, especially the apex tirewall in Melbourne 400 Layout.
- optimized ambient sound.
