Compatibility:
Okay, twad_key_deletes does not function at all for character_skill_nodes_skill_locks, so I am just reverting to the previous version, compatibility be damned.

Compatibility:
Changed the mod structure from a datacore of the skill lock table to a twad_key_deletes table that includes all vanilla entries of the same table. Ironically, this makes the mod larger.
