Updated CCGS Louis S. St-Laurent.

-Removed auxiliary generator, added a medium generator each to main engines No. 1 & 3. These are direct drive off the propeller shaft.
-Cosmetic updates (name bar on superstructure, helideck paint, etc.)
-Noticed the ship was sitting much lower in the water. This is a result of progressive additions to the ship's systems. General weight reduction.
-Fixed working deck A-frame controls. It now slews in and out, allowing for better recovery capabilities.
