1.Optimized Population Growth Logic – Visual Clarity and Consistency Now Improved:​​
​​(1)​​ Faster population growth during peacetime, with harsher penalties during wartime.
​​(2)​​ Plagues kill more population but grant a temporary recovery bonus afterward.
​​(3)​​ Only ​​Tribesmen and​​ peasant can grow naturally; other classes require promotion/demotion.
​​2. Added Optimal Population Ratio Caps – Players Can Now Intuitively Control Class Proportions:​​
​​(1)​​ Castle holdings increase the noble population ratio, city holdings boost burghers, church holdings raise clergy, while tribal/empty holdings add tribesmen.
​​(2)​​ Nomadic provinces have fixed optimal population ratios.
​​3. Streamlined Manpower Replenishment Mechanics:​​
​​(1)​​ Maa now automatically replenish using manpower from ​​all​​ directly held counties (no need to set source).
​​(2)​​ Replenishment speed fixed at ​​20% of total size per quarter​​. Manpower recovery formula:
[(Peasant + Tribesmen) × Growth Rate + Manpower Cap] × Recovery Rate, where recovery rate depends on various factors.
​​4. Overhauled Tax and Spending System:​​
Tax rates and spending tiers are now divided into ​​6 levels​​, each with benefits and drawbacks.
​​5. Unified Promotion/Demotion Rates Across Classes:​​
Replaced inconsistent class mobility rules. Promotion/demotion rates now follow:
10% + (Development Level)%. Higher rates speed up class transitions.
​​6. Nomadic "Raze" Mechanic Synergy:​​
Razing a province:
Kills (Total Building Level Destroyed / Total Building Level in County)% of all classes.
Destroys ​​half​​ of the corresponding arable land.
​​7. Council Cultural Assimilation Task Improvements:​​
Counties targeted by council cultural assimilation:
Stop natural cultural drift.
New population growth directly adopts the ​​ruler’s culture​​.
