Odd question but is there a way to change how towns/cities/metropolis can be found/upgraded? Currently only if the county is in your domain can you start a town but I wish that you could start that construction in your vassals.

mod页面上这个ui是省份人口的ui，在游戏里面是在选中了一块伯爵领，左下角出现伯爵领地产建筑小浮窗之后，小浮窗的最右边单独突出来一个标签的按钮，按下标签按钮就会显示这个界面。
然后再打开王冠法律界面之后还能够看见税率与士兵训练度的ui。

I think it relates to the activities your ruler is doing. They cause stress. Soon as I switched that the stress went away

Yes @Darkpheonixx17, my character is getting stress tf out. It seems to build pretty quickly without any stress relieving activities.

I don't understand why, but I can't get the modified province menu to show up. Tried verifying game files, unsubbing and resubbing to the mod, nothing works.
