changed despawn time to 90 seconds, made collision more precise and difficult to build towers >:)

changed supply kit lifetime from 30 seconds to 45 seconds. godzamn another whole 15 seconds. the mod was already overpowered so now its just slightly more overpowered

added compatibility to Quick Throw mutator

(Gear) / (Secondary) added to respective resupply kit types

made resupply kit also a secondary weapon so you don't have to bring a pistol/pdw/whatever

updated animations, kick clips with resupply kit again but i dont use the kick attack that much to care
updated tags, now uses "Equipment", "SudoName Weapons", and "Throwables"
