- Made it so that if Syria is a puppet of Iraq, it cannot take the focus "Iraqi Divisons" which causes a civil war in Iraq
- Rebalanced the Magpul Magazine/Extended Magazine to be more balanced and more of a choice
- Rebalanced the doctrine "Squad Level Tactics" by giving it 2.5% more attack and defense to make it a more viable choice
- Each level of Railways in a state now gives 4% state level productivity growth
