AI:
- Korea DPR AI Path "kim Jong-un" could get achievement normally

Balance:
- Generals now can die in combat: 0.3% chance to die if battle is lost, 0.1% if battle is won
- Reckless trait now makes general 20% more likely to die in combat
- Cautious trait now makes general 20% less likely to die in combat
- Officer training now influences how generals are likely to die in combat - from +40% more likely to -45% less likely - lower education means higher chance of dying

- Temporarily removed the Hard Economic AI option, it needs some further tweaking. If you wish for a harder experience play on Elite for the time being

- Added a number of APC/IFV for the designer for people to design what they want. If you want a Soviet APC model on your American design go for it.

UI:
- Cleaned up some titles and formatting so the Recon/Utility Trucks section is not free floating weird

- Scrollbar for bookmarks, news events and focus descriptions, now you can have long text without any problems, also scrollbar should fix problem with long textes in other languages and invisible button in news events.
