- Fix for broken recipe not allowing you to add smokes back to a pack.

-Added fix for empty lighters allowing you to smoke.
-You can now light fires and barbecues using the lighter fluid and disposable lighters, as well as use lighter fluid for fuel.

-Added fix for distributions of smokes, packs and cartons.
-Added the ability to convert smokes to wearables.
