Update 1.0.3 Changelog
-All Majors now start with naval experience to do stuff with their navies
-Army of National Salvation can now Force Governments and Puppet again
-Shield now starts with an extra Civilian Factory, an extra Military Factory, and 2 new Dockyards
-Shield now has resources it can use
-Shield Focus "Secret Research Division" will now only grant 1 100% research bonus to submarines
-Defensive III In Federation Generic Tree no longer does Strategic Boming +15%, instead it now does; Factories Damaged by Air Bombings -10%
-Ikibaya Bookmark has now been added to the Country Select Screen
-Infrastructure in Rio Grande Do Norte and Bahia are now fixed
