Tech tree now always starts with Fishing, Pottery, Mining, and Animal Husbandry even with Shuffle mode.

some more eureka tweaks:
- extended the Lighthouse eureka to cover any possible unique versions of the Trade Dock version.
- added new flavor text for the Machinery eureka to reflect that the technology no longer unlocks a new ranged unit.
- Military Science eureka now requires a kill with a Cuirassier instead of Knight.
- Swapped the "build Camp" eureka from Saddle to Military Tactics and in return Military Tactics now requires getting a kill, but with a Horseman instead of Spearman (for better compatibility with Cavalry Unit Expansion).

Changes to eurekas and inspirations:
- Bronze Working eureka now requires a Mine over *any* resource, not necessarily Copper.
- Cartography eureka is back to requiring harbors, but 3 instead of 2 now.
- A Lighthouse is now required by the Optics eureka instead. It can be either the Fishing or the Trade version with the Commerce District Expansion active.
- Replaceable Parts eureka will no longer falsely state to require Musketmen.
- Swapped the eurekas for Advanced Ballstics (now requires 2 Artillery) and Rocketry (now requires 2 Oil Power Plants). This way, there is less confusion with the addition of Self-Propelled Howitzers in the Artillery Unit Expansion.
- Pop Culture accidentally had the same inspiration as Globalization (build Airports). Now, Pop Culture requires building 2 Stadiums instead.

assigned artifacts to post-classical era to avoid crashes when attempting to excavate an artifact from that era. Support for Unearthed is included.

The major change of this update is below the hood: The "Eras" table in the gameplay databse is now indexed in the proper chronological order.
For players, this has two notable effects:
- no more duplicate golden/dark age policies are required for the Post-Classical era and they have been removed.
- The World Congress can now start later than the Post-Classical era and mods making it start later now work properly.
Due to this, the World Congress is now back to starting in the *Medieval* era by default.

Further changes were done to eurekas and inspirations, which had a small rotation take place to enable earning the Lasers eureka before Drones are actually unlocked:
- Lasers eureka now requires building a Research Lab.
- Nuclear Program now requires building a Uranium Mine instead.
- And it is now Venture Politics which requires the 2 Drones for its inspiration.

Added some more icons to the civics tree:
- Mercantilism now has an icon for unlocking the ability to build Lumber Mills on Jungle tiles.
- Mercantilism now has an icon for unlocking the ability to see the global resource numbers in the reports screen if the Monopolies mode is active.
- Previously undocumented, this mod changed the third agenda to unlock at Parliamentarism instead of Nationalism. To clarify this, an unlock icon has been added to Parliamentarism.

Other changes:
- Urban Defenses moved to Dynamite.
- Policies boosting wonder production now name the correct eras in their description. They were already working as they should, only the description wasn't updated.

Added post-classical copies of golden and dark age policies available in the classical era.

Gameplay
- Moved AT Crew unlock to Chemistry.
- Removed Niter cost from Galleass in Steel & Thunder since it is a medieval-era unit now.
