Well there isn't a working quiver in game yet, so with the consumable changes, I thought it could probably work out this way to store arrows in less slots. Downside is that the arrows are auto repaired, and you will still need space for at least 3 arrows. This will not auto load the arrows into your bows/crossbows though.
