Pathing Improvements
+ Non-land Techs following multiple waypoints should no longer get stuck when following more than one waypoint instead of the "Anchor" button for stationary defenses
+ More fixes to RTS AI attack target command
+ Airborne AI is less likely to get stuck flying upwards
+ Cleaned up some AI rotation calculations to make it consistant

Helicopter Improvements:
+ Helicopters now pitch more aggressively
+ Helicopters are more turn-responsive

Other Improvements:
+ MultiTech AI status is made more clear to reduce confusion on it being used
+ Auto anchor status of AI is made more clear
+ More fixes to RTS AI attack target command
+ Added some more Japanese localization

Fixes
- The mod should now try erase any non-player team orphan Tech markers
- Fixed Airborne AI spawning and then being immediately removed afterwards
- Fixed the AI modal menu icon for "Mimic" incorrectly set to MTTurret instead
- Fixed Debug Menu's remove Tech button and malfunctioning tooltips with a refactor from GUI to GUILayout

Backend:
Fixed duplicate calls to LegModExt
Fixed colored text sometimes appearing white

Issues:
The minimap handles Trading Stations incorrectly
Sometimes enemies can create ghost radar signatures. This might be related to the airplane A.I. flying too high, or when enemies get destroyed off-screen.
Sometimes the A.I. managing the Techs off-screen can lose them somehow

Combined both Autopilot button toggles for RTS mode and default into one state to reduce control confusion caused when pressing the F3 key to switch without using the pause menu.

Fixed Enemy Base Sieges
- They will now continue to chase after player even after being loaded into the world at least once.
- Bases that were once on-screen in the same game session when unloaded will correctly "think" off-screen if enabled.

Issues:

The GUI for bribing Techs now says when bribing is not possible.
If the transaction fails, an error noise will be emitted and you should no longer lose money.

Backend:
Fixed crash caused by the language not being (non-US) English when setting the language option or just by opening the settings menu.

Fixed Localisation not initializing at all in rare circumstances

Upgraded startup crash reporter. There is now tooltips for each error and a link should pop up for exceptions.
Fixed a rare crash caused by the backend not initialising the localisation module in the right order.
