Added two new backpacks: the Padded Garru and Padded Bull Backpacks.

Fixed a corrupted upload issue that caused the backpack icons to go missing.

Fixed some of the Wanderer Backpacks having the wrong encumbrance reduction values.

Added proper Advanced Backpack crafting functionality for the following backpacks:
-Traders Backpack Medium
-Traders Backpack Large
-Shopkeepers Backpack
-Shopkeepers goods bag
