Reduced the weight of gas bottles to .05 matching chemfuel bottles. Also dropped the gas cost for the gasifier from 50 to 10.

Nerfed the hydrofracking well to 300 gas output.
Nerfed the helixien generator's gas consumption to 75 from 25.
Nerfed the industrial helixien generator's gas consumption to 150 from 75 and nerfed its power output to 2400W from 3600W.
