▫️ Minor rebalance to o2 thrusters
● slightly less thrust (around 5% less of max thrust) on sea level, and max thrust at higher altitudes to mimic having less resistance

▫️ Jet Intake Vents now consume power scaling to how much oxygen it intakes. this makes it so fuel usage is also mitigated at lower thrust
