Reverting the Welding Mask fix back to original so this mod is not dependent on other mods.

Added ability to salvage parts from the ground so your character does not become over-encumbered
(First salvage piece goes on ground, extra parts from salvage go in player inventory, next update all parts will drop on ground)

All Vehicle Salvage options from this mod are now listed in the new "Salvage" Category if using CraftHelper mod

Added even more workshop vehicles to the repair and salvage modules and added some missing repairs from others

Possibly fixed the WeldingMask not being recognised if using mod -"The Workshop". (Need you to let me know)
