Added custom 3D models for the new primaries that the dwarves have access to.
These are custom models by @Johnno of the dwarves holding the new weapons.

They have been added as 'states' to each dwarf model.

Biome Mission 17 - hidden cave segment was not in the proper rotation on setup
Biome Mission 18 - mule legs were not spawning on setup

Fixes:
Space Rig Missions 11 & 12 were placing aquards when they should not have been. Players place the aquards manually.
Space Rig Mission 12 did not have the correct exploration token count (too many eggs)

Various Updates

Major:
- Exploration tiles now lock when flipped after 3 seconds
- Pumpjacks get locked when placed
- Updated menace card (had 6 movement, changed to 3)

Minor
- Health Cubes get 'cleaned up' off the board
- Dice get cleaned up off the board
- Ammo gets cleaned up

Layout Changes:
- Moved the rulebook sections detailing glyphid information moved above the glyphids
- Moved the rulebook section detailing biome cave types to the right side of the board (preferably I would put it on the left side with the corresponding items, but this would require a larger rework might do later

Major overhaul,
Changed all cave tiles to actual fully textured 3D objects, as well as various tokens that go on the playing area.

This was to fix an issue with the draw order of the line tool and the decals. The draw tool would be drawn below the decals.

The draw tool will now draw above all cave and tokens.

There are still a few objects that still use decals, to be updated in the future.
