All rifles and SMGs now have 3 camo skins: _GREEN, _TAN, _SNOW. Almost all attachments and most magazines have this 3 additional colors.

Removed suppressor slot for PM pistol (like in reality simple Makarov pistol do not accept suppressor)
Removed optic slot for MP-443 pistol.
All pistols with suppressor slot now accept vanilla pistol suppressor (except of TT pistol)

Fixed: AK-74M, AK-101 recoil
