fixed radio? fixed food and water? added test spawns to see if vehicles are what are crashing server, more cameras, more map dev, added test spawn point to see if spawn on the chunk not in persistent is better, more music, more streetlights with new fusebox for turning on power. need to test if power stays on once chunk is left.

map fixes, added vehicle test spawns, temp fixed radio?, much more map design, fixed sky sphere, more spawn points, test fixed door? (on single door with window)
