FIXES:
- Spectrals can now colonize machine worlds
- AI shouldnt pick certain perks anymore

NOMADS:
Nomads received a complete overhaul:
- food component available for machines
- origin not available for servitor or assimilator civic
- improved linear economy growth via new repeatable technologies which begin right after gamestart
- repeatable techs with 50 levels for monthly income for energy, minerals, alloys, unity
- nerfed energy and alloys components

Nomads have now to setups, which can be selected with an event at gamestart.
- "SP" and "MP" setup available now
- diplomacy works for the MP-setup!
- further instructions in the discussion area of this mod

FIXES:
- nerfed Evergarden defence systems, deposits increased (nanites+living metal added)
- localization of starting systems (empire creation)
- improved Prism origin (Lithoids only)
- Certus Innovator structure - structure only available after accepting the perk, gives the ability to build the planets after finishing the structure, add info to loc that structure unlocks tech for planets
- Phoenix Empire origin starts with FE technologies + destroyers + cruisers + mega engineering, but also new planet blockers, darkmatter deposit on capital planet
- Solarflare origin starts now with +2 new ascension perk slots at start, but new planetary blockers, nearby darkmatter deposit improved
- fixed Aero dragon (ship for Aero origin/civic) attack range
- Vi origin - ship optional (faster), terraforming while normal button possible now (tech added since gamestart)
- removed dark matter costs of several megastructures
- Arcane Ascension - loc warning that DLC is required for col weapons
- Ultimate Weapon perk - add loc warning that DLC is required for the col weapon, overall opinion only reduced by 100 now
- Galactic Plague only available with Apocalypse DLC (no other way possible), overall opinion only reduced by 100 now
- Replicators perk only available with Apocalypse DLC (no other way possible), overall opinion only reduced by 100 now
- Intergalactic Isolationists origin systems improved
- Spectrals origin loc - mention its for crisis gameplay
- Certus dont need Requiem origin anymore
- Kompass citadel economy improved, background fixed
- civic changes for Spectrals, Certast, Certus, Vero, Phoenix Regime

NOMADS:
- components/gameplay improved (component tiers, improved mechanics)
- more updates planned for their diplomacy

SPECTRALS:
- removed perk loc in spectral civic desc, because matters only for the origin, add to origin
- added loc to Spectrals civic about their Onyx Quantum Computer
- Spectrals can no longer colonize normal planets, only conquer them
- Spectrals origin loc - add "playable Crisis"
- Spectralic ringworlds can now be terraformed into Arcane ringworlds

ARCANE RINGWORLD ORIGIN:
- start on a giant 8 segment ringworld with new districts
- arcane ringworlds have -10% pop growth/assembly speed

PERFECT WORLD ORIGIN:
- starts in a system with multiple Stahl-class planets

ONYX MATRIX PERK:
- terraform planets to new planet class via decision
- conquered organic pops become there "Onyx Catalysts", produce few tech points until they die (only works on purged pop groups)

GENETIC ASSIMILATION:
- turn pops of other races into the own species
- organics and machines
- uses building + decision

STELLAR ENGINE:
- teleport back to starting system near capital (especially useful for cluster origins)

Fixed an repeating but (mostly) harmless error in the error log. It shouldnt have made the performance worse or anything, but its fixed now.

Fixed a bug with the Stellar Engine.
Teleporting into enemy space now creates an own and new starbase in that system to avoid losing the whole structure to the enemy.
