- increased drop rate of Bullet Casings from Copper Rubble.
- Added more Bullet Casings to Ammo Box Loot Table.
- Added "Boxes of Bullet Casings" to Large Ammo Box loot table, which can be deconstructed (via Deconstructor) into large quantities of Bullet Casings.

- Fixed an issue with Engineering Ranks 5 - 7 on the Snow Start (Dialogue Missmatch)

- Fixed an issue with Junk Crop Plots and Junk Blocks (Large) not being unlocked. (May require a New Game to go into effect).
- Updated Ancient Statuary and Junk CPU Compressors to balance each other reasonably:
- Ancient Statuary now use a reasonable amount of CPU.
- Junk CPU Compressors now use more power for balance.

(Using both Ancient Statuary and Junk CPU Compressors you can still reduce both overall CPU and Power usage.)

- Fixed an issue with Rank 7 of Exploration (Arid) not starting.

- Fixed error in PDA mission "Rank 6" for Exploration (Arid)

- Fixed some PDA bugs, updated ammunition templates to allow crafting with new "Bullet Casings" instead of Copper Ingots (Bullet Casings can be made from Copper Ingots, but are also found in Copper Rubble).

- Updated Prefabs folder to latest version of all POIs.

- Altered behavior of PV on Snow planet to always avoid the Starter Biome, wait 2 hours after start of game before first spawning, and to respawn 30 minutes (instead of 10) after being destroyed.

- Altered OPV around Snow Planet to only be lower-tier PVs (so that no Toveras, Imerats, or other high-tier OPVs spawn) reduced max number of OPVs to 1 around Snow Starter.

- Fixed an issue with Combat Rank 4 MIssion (No Dialogue, and was visible before being rewarded).
