Updated files for compatibility with game version 1.11 (Peacock).

New
- Activities (dynasty legacy) has been overhauled.
- Brilliance (dynasty legacy) has been overhauled.
- Added new content game setting for Elder Kings.
- It's now possible to see the progress toward a legacy requirement in the tooltip of certain dynasty perks.

Changes
- Removed the Construct Great Siege Weapon decision from the mod.
- Removed the Introduce Heir to Realm interaction from the mod.
- Removed the Blood Sacrifice interaction from the mod.
- Removed the Family Allowance court position from the mod.
- Customs Dynasty Legacy has been renamed from Society to Culture.
- Activities Dynasty Legacy has been renamed to Pursuit.
- Metropolitan Dynasty Legacy has been renamed to Development.
- Coterie Dynasty Legacy has been renamed to Loyalty.
- Several dynasty perks have been renamed to give them a stronger identity.
- Several dynasty perks in the Pillage dynasty legacy have been given alternate names if the content setting is set to Alternate or Alternate (Elder Kings).
- Warfare 3 (Dynasty of Swords) no longer unlocks the Construct Great Siege Weapon decision and now grants a Commander Trait to dynasty members that reach adulthood regardless of their chosen education.
- Law 4 (Medley of Decree) no longer unlocks the Family Allowance Court Position.
- Glory 1 (Sport of Kings) has been re-implemented and should now only apply to Hunts and Feasts.
- Glory 3 (Known Progeny) no longer unlocks the Introduce Heir to Realm interaction and now adds the Highborn trait to children born with this dynasty legacy.
- Pillage 3 (Name of Dread) no longer unlocks the Blood Sacrifice interaction and now increases gold from ransoms by +50% and grants additional Prestige when ransoming Prisoners.
- Pillage 4 (Lo, There Do I See My Mother) now has a different legacy requirement if content setting is set to Alternate or Alternate (Elder Kings) in case the overhaul mod that you're playing with lacks Shieldmaidens.
- Kindred 2 (House Guard) has been re-implemented and as such Hiraeth no longer needs to overwrite House Guard, for better compatibility with other mods.
- Kindred 4 (Until the Day we Die) now unlocks the House Paragon accolade.
- Erudition 1 (Tribe of Wisdom) can now also be unlocked by characters with the Traveler Trait.
- Reworked the Visit Shady Merchant decision.
- Reworked the Consult the Archives decision.
- Reworked the Mint Coins for Glory decision.
- Ruffians MAA now uses the same artwork as Skirmishers MAA.
- Adjusted some legacy requirements to account for new balance changes.

Balance
- Blood 2 (Heredity) now increases Negative Trait inheritance by 10% instead of 15%.
- Blood 4 (Convergent Blood) now increases Negative Random Trait by 10% instead of 15%.
- Kindred 2 (Household Guard) now increases Knight Limit by +2 instead of +3.
- Kindred 2 (Household Guard) now increases Accolades Available by +1.
- Kindred 4 (Until the Day we Die) now increases Controlled Territory Defensive Advantage by +10 instead of +25.
- Law 1 (By Right) now increases Popular Vassal Opinion by +5 instead of +10.
- Law 1 (By Right) now increases Courtly Vassal Opinion by +5.
- Warfare 1 (Dreams of Conquest) now increases Advantage when leading own armies by +5 instead of increasing Levy Size by 10%.
- Warfare 2 (Call of the Sheep) no longer increases Vassal Levy Contribution by 25% and now increases Glory Hound Vassal Levy Contribution by 25% and reduces Men-at-Arms Recruitment Cost by 10%.
- Warfare 4 (Death Lullaby) now increases Attacker Advantage by +10 instead of +15.
- Guile 4 (The Fox Changes his Fur) now increases Attraction Opinion by +10 instead of +20.
- Glory 4 (Regal Distinction) now increases Level of Fame Impact by 100% instead of 200%.
- Adventure 2 (Northern Rule) no longer increases Cultural Acceptance Gain by 20% and now reduces Sea Danger by -30.
- Culture 1 (Probis Pateo) no longer increases Councillor Opinion by +10 and now increases Minority Vassal Opinion by +10.
- Culture 2 (Roots of a Tree) now increases Cultural Acceptance Gain by +25%.
- Culture 4 (Under an Old Tree) now increases Cultural Acceptance Gain by +25%.
- Culture 5 (Pentimento) now increases Same Culture Opinion by +10.
- Development 4 (Road to Prosperity) now increases Court Grandeur Bonus by +5 instead of +10.
- Development 4 (Road to Prosperity) now increases Parochial Vassal Tax Contribution by 25%.
- Loyalty 2 (Inner Circle) now increases Max Sway Schemes by +1 instead of +1 Max Befriend Schemes.
- Loyalty 4 (Banded Blood) now increases Advantage in same Cultural Heritage Provinces by +5.
- Some tweaks to the Ruffians MAA (added Pursuit value, added unraised maintenance cost).

Bug Fixes
- Fixed the cooldown for the Mint Coins for Glory decision.
- Fixed the cooldown for the Visit Shady Merchant decision.
- Genghis Khan should now spawn with the correct dynasty perks.
