Sectoids Use Hypnosis Now

Sectoids can now use hypnosis on your soldiers and raise them as their minions.

You can still recover your soldiers when losing them to the Sectoids grasp, just be quick and kill the Sectoid before they convert more of your troops.

Explanation:
What this mod does is changes the sectoids Psi Reanimate ability to effect living units instead of died ones. No more dealing with pesky zombies of the enemies you killed.
But since this ability changes Psi Reanimation any mods that effect that may not work with this.

Note: If you lose a soldier to Psi Reanimation they don't actually die you get them back after the mission if you complete it. And also the cooldown and AP Cost for using the Psi Reanimation have not been changed so feel free to change it if you want.

Lore: Sectoids were seen by the Elders as a disappointing race of soldiers among their ranks.
And, so the Elders authorized a upgrade for the race, and with the upgrade came the ability to hypnotize hostiles and use them as a tool for their bidding. Making Sectoids the puppet masters of the battefield.
