- Laser Pistols now have 3 upgrade slots, the same as the other tiers.

- Reconnoiter has been added to the list of abilities that allow easier detection of Faceless by Haven advisors.

- Another potential fix for HE shells on Heavy Cannons being set to the wrong damage values. (Shout out to Mr. Mister from the LWOTC Discord for writing out all this config!)

- Added some Template Master configs for the CV, MG and BM tiers of Heavy Cannon damage with HE and HESH Shells, because apparently the setup I had for them before wasn't properly overriding Spark Arsenal's default values.

- Removed the fix for the missing Dual Wield Melee secondary slash, as Iridar has fixed this locally now via ATSR.

- Added the Chryssalid Hound from Buildable Units to the list of classes ineligible to be Psionic.

Since Psions aren't as ridiculously strong as before, I've buffed the chances to get them a bit.

- Reapers and Skirmishers now have a 50% chance to be Psionic (up from 35%).
- Crashers and Keepers now have a 40% chance to be Psionic (up from 35%).
- All other classes now have a 30% chance to be Psionic (up from 20%).

- Forced Psionic Aptitude Gene Mods had to be removed. It turns out that just having a TheGift ability isn't enough to let a soldier into the Psi tube.

- The Forced Psionic Aptitude Gene Mods' Will penalty has been re-arranged from -5/-10/-15 to -20/-15/-10, for Alpha/Beta/Delta respectively. This way, people will be more likely to use the higher end Psi PCSs for this purpose and sell the lower end ones, rather than the other way around.

- Three new Gene Mods (although it's really just one, but with three tiers): Forced Psionic Aptitude Alpha, Forced Psionic Aptitude Beta, and Forced Psionic Aptitude Delta.

- They all occupy the brain slot, and grant The Gift to the soldier, enabling them to do Psionic training in the Psi Lab if you're running the Psi Overhaul V3 mod. They also add 5/10/15 Psi Offense, and remove 5/10/15 Will, based on tier.

- All three of them have the same unlock requirements: the Gene Modding Chamber itself, plus the Advent Priest Autopsy (JUST the Autopsy, you won't need any Corpses).

- In terms of costs, all three of them require 40/55/70 Supplies (based on difficulty), 1 Elerium Core, and 1 Psi PCS. Alpha requires a Basic, Beta requires an Advanced, and Delta requires a Superior. All three of them have a base completion time of 7 days.

- If you use my Meld mod, the Supplies cost will be replaced with an equal cost in Meld.
