Fixed homemade charges granting useless homemade charges, it was not intended and it's for the icon purposes only.

Notes:
- Fixed Plane Cannon instantly reloading,
- Map recipes are now usable only on Arid, this means that when searching in crafting on maps other than Arid you will not see results from Arid. This also means that Arid recipes are not craftable on maps other than itself, I was never made aware of any major projects using Arid assets so hopefully this is not a problem, this was implemented as to not annoy anyone with search results from Arid while not playing the map because recent updates made it so all search results show up if you explicitly search for certain words.

Halloween Update 2/2

Update Notes:

Additions:
-Rest of Halloween update has been implemented, check out Rico for a new quest and his shop for some Jack-o'-lanterns there's some decor around the safezone itself aswell,
-Added M81 Jeep, a variant of the M80 Jeep that trades less cover and slower speed for a recoilless rifle mounted on the back and an extra seat, besides being able to find it you can purchase it from Brinda after doing all the quests related to her,
-Added HEAT Shells for the vehicle weapons, it also rarely spawns around PMC areas but it is craftable aswell,
-Added smoke launcher to BREM-1 and couple extra seats on the outside,

Other changes:
-Increased BREN Autocannon damage to 65 from 57,
-Fixed camera clipping on M11 Bruno (thanks Cursmon),
-Removed player damage from Smoke Launcher (thanks antech25),
-Fixed scrapping of HEAT Shells (thanks antech25),
-Disabled all vanilla recipes on the map, this hides recipes from showing up while searching so it should be a lot neater now,

Halloween Update 1/2

Update Notes:

Additions:
-Part of the halloween update was added, the NPCs are dressed up, the foliage is a bit dried up, the water level's down, the map's lighting is different and it gets foggy every now and then,
-Added DF-9A pistol,

Other changes:
-Added Smoke Launcher to BRDM-2's driver seat,
-Added slightly more cover to M80 Jeep,
-Reduced cost of HH-6 Helicopter Barter (most importantly the Duck requirement was changed to Herbal syrup and you need bunch of various electronics),
-Buffed Fort Knell loot spawns a bit (removed couple low value items and tweaked some chances, should feel better?),
-Brought back Signal Receiver, now called Beacon Receiver, it should work properly, get it from max level Architect barter and let me know,
-Increased Fabric cost of Armor Repair Kits up to 3 from 1,
-Improved drops from armored/high tier vehicles.

The halloween update is not complete, besides the mentioned changes I want to add some decor around the safezone, small quest and some placable decor for players to use aswell.

Smoke launcher cannot be added to any previously spawned BRDM's, hopefully it doesn't break any existing ones, if it does sorry, you will need a new one. I am hoping to add this functionality to couple more vehicles, BREM-1 for sure, maybe there will be rare technical variant that has them, will see.
