-Atrium Ambush:Moved a combine officer who won't path.

-Atrium Ambush: Fixed the combine running to the wrong cover points.
-Fabricator: Won't turn on until the power turns on.
-Fabricator: Removed wildcard prefab targetting in favor of a relay.
-Stairs Barricade Combat: Offloaded I/O from the power on button to a relay.
-Stairs Breach: Adjusted trigger location + fixed an encounter skip.
-Atrium Ambush: Moved sound locs to combine gate.
-Atrium Ambush: Adjusted officer spawning to address pathing fail.
-Atrium Breach: Zombie/Combine relationship enables when combine breach into the atrium.

-Added some support set dressing to the maintenance elevator.

LIGHTING
-New lighting compile, 4k maps.
-Added some fill lights in the foyer and atrium.

SCRIPT
-Fixed the fabricator not spawning certain items (like syringes).
-Fixed the fabricator printing a ton of shotguns or smgs.
-Added some more locations to the battery safety net. All batteries caught by the net now should eject from near the fabricator.
-The charger in the stairwell now breaks down the door faster.
-Fixed a physics timing issue with the door breaches.
-Iteration on the blue gallery encounter.
-Updated credits.

GEO
-Clipped off some stairwell windows that I missed.
-Added some more supply crates.
-Added slide handposes on ladders.
