Updated Updraft to not always spawn on the player but near the player so they have to glide towards it to get the benefit.

Swapped out blue feathers for regular feathers on Vulture recipe
Added Functionality to use while on horse back though it needs to be equip twice
1st will dismount you
2nd will actually equip the glider
