- Every EX Move now deals only 5% of damage to Blaziken
- Changes from the previous patch reversed
- DSpecial EX can no longer be hit around by other players
- DSpecial has Hitstun Multiplier (0.5 on normal and 0.8 on EX)
- DAir has more landing lag (4 -> 6)
- DAir has custom friction on the final window (0.75)
- DStrong launcher has more Knockback Growth (0.8 -> 0.95 and 1.0 -> 1.05)
- DStrong has more endlag (20 -> 23)
- FStrong has more startup (11 -> 13)
- FStrong has more endlag (15 -> 17)
- UTilt has more endlag (4 -> 6)

- DSpecial EX now has an extra hitbox when spawning the Will-o-Wisp
- The DSpecial Projectile no longer goes through solid ground/walls
- NSpecial EX now has armor in all instances before the hitbox comes out

- FSpecial now has 25 frames of cooldown after its use

- Blaziken's Hit SFXs have been reworked a bit to be "easier on the ears", now featuring regular Rivals SFX layered underneath the Pokémon SFXs (courtesy of ArtistOfSeer, thank you very much!)

- DStrong Launch Angle has been changed (50 -> 70) and no longer has a flipper
- DTilt EX now pushes Blaziken a little bit forward when used
- NAir EX Final Hit has less base knockback (8 -> 7)
- NAir EX Final Hit has less knockback scale (.9 -> .6)
- NAir EX Multihits deals less damage (4 -> 3)
- UAir EX Sweetspot has less knockback scale (.8 -> .7)
- USpecial EX Final Hit deals less damage (8 -> 7)
- USpecial EX Final Hit has less base knockback (8 -> 6)

- FSpecial EX overall deals less damage and knockback, and does't go as far, that's because the move has been reworked!
- FSpecial EX can now be charged, giving it more speed, damage and knockback the more you charge it!
- Blaziken will stop moving whenever his FSpecial is parried

- Fixed the "small_sprites" issue, now it should have the right pixel size
