BMCER THREE YEARS ANNIVERSARY UPDATE PATCH 5!

Additions:
- Added number of new face textures by DWBoyGamer, F5Man and Racer (base_m_d_alt, Bill, Sean, Ronald, babyface, otis_dad, edith_alt, f_d_alt2)
- Added bonewelded DOE HECU Military Police helmet prop
- Added firefighter helmet for paramedics due to them now being unified under one branch alongside firemen
-Added handful of new HECU voicelines (credits to F5 and Blake)


Changes:
- Reworked 03_hecu and Bradley_hecu faces to have better camo
- Reworked the bald of Mike face
- Reworked Tommy face to be beardless
- Reworked eye brows of DW face to be more accurate
- Asianotis is now more detailed
- Reworked 32_alt face, 32_alt2 and 32_alt3 to look more unique
- Reworked 28_alt face to not have his beard look like ass
- Adrian_alt face now looks younger
- Reworked Zuther and Zozenberg faces to look more accurate to their Residual Life counterparts
- Ted face now has red-ish hair, for consistency with the beard
- Simmons face now has black hair with white spots at sides, as reference to HL1 Luther scientist
- Reworked Einstein face moustache to not look like ass
- Reworked Simmons beard
- Otis_black face now has black hair and moustache
- Unified firemen and paramedics under the same branch, Black Mesa Fire & Rescue and updated various textures accordingly
- Fireman helmets are now bit more colourful
- Remade the normal maps of survey team
- HECU 01 8point cap now includes DOE patch
- Reworked HECU pilot textures to use new HECUR patches as well as made their uniforms more realistic looking
- Reworked inbound Barney face to be bit more detailed again
- Allowed DOE HECU Military Police to spawn as rare HECU commander type. They will sport unique helmet, and people using HECUR will also get MP sleeve pauldron and MP patch
- Updated OSHA inspector texture to make mention of the office they are from.
- Eli Vance no longer has white strikes in his hair


Fixes:
- Recompiled Edith and Mia faces to not have transparency for optimization
- Fixed error on 09_hecu face hands
- Flipped flag and patch placements on paramedic/formal fireman for consistent with guards (workers still have them wrong way around, we will be correcting this in future patch/update)
- Corrected all human normal maps to use correct format. Previously some normal maps for human models used OpenGL format instead of DirectX, which lead to incorrect lightning on them. We are aware of Gunslinger ☢ having done the same (though just with incorrect vanilla normals) however none of his work has been used here due to relative ease of converting the previously broken normals to correct format.

BMCER THREE YEARS ANNIVERSARY UPDATE PATCH 4!

Changes:
- Rebranded the currently unused security pilot as BMRF Aviation Ops officer
- Improved on pilot materials to use fabric detail textures for consistency with many of the other models
- Improved on pilot head variety, they now use various HECU faces
- Improved on skin detail usage, its no longer as prominant which lead to way too noisy looking skin on many instances. Also improved on how its scaled in some instances.
- Various character manifest changes as preparation for future updates

Fixes:
- Fixed otis_legacy missing its normal maps
- Fixed damaged aviators bonewelded prop referring to incorrect material leading to missing textures
- Fixed pilots head_w_min faceflex being completely unusable
- Fixed "Its Latin" guy from QE B being unable to speak in the scripted sequence he is in
- Fixed paramedic gibs being inconsistent with the human model. This current version of the texture greatly suffer from the fact its blood overlay was intended for darker texture and doesnt blend well with the current white shirt. This will be addressed at later date.

BMCER THREE YEARS ANNIVERSARY UPDATE PATCH 1!

Additions:
- Added number of new face textures by DWBoyGamer, F5Man, Racer and some restores from old version of BMCE (Otis_cousin, Romus, Racer, Crawford, Mike, 28_alt, 42_alt, 30_alt, Otis_legacy, f_03_alt, Blake)
- Added unique suit texture for Inbound Breen
- Added unique gibs for HEV scientists and guards. This should potentially fix the game crashing when any of these models are gibbed.


Changes:
- Reworked redhead face to look more unique
- Reworked tuhatkauno face to have black hair to look more distinct from Rosenberg
- Reworked 36_alt face to looke more unique
- Reworked paramedic textures to look bit more accurate to New Mexico
- Reworked formal fireman textures to look more consistent with new paramedic textures
- Reworked 16_alt face to have white hair instead of grey
- Logistic workers now have brown uniform, not only to be more consistent with the style of the mod but also because black uniform doesnt really make sense in New Mexico heat
- HECU engineer headphones are now green
- Rewritten HECU/robogrunt talker files. Robogrunt voicelines still arent working as intended but at least HECU use the intended talker files now. Those voicelines are still included here however as we hope to restore them ASAP


Fixes:
- Fixed female senior scientist/female office worker exposed legs using incorrect detail texture
- Fixed First Response security beret insignia using outdated UV mapping
- Fixed damaged aviators prop using incorrect materials
- Fixed minor inaccuracy on DW face eye brows
- Fixed First Response security cap clipping thru balaclava
- Fixed very unnoticable UV issue on jacket guard jacket
- Fixed 9341 face beard not standing out the way we wanted it to
- Potentially fixed lightning issue on FRTOU shield prop
- Fixed guard vests being way too shiny
- Potentially fixed female guards having two different weapon idle animations causing them to constantly flicker between them
- Potentially fixed Black Ops assassin eye glow appearing in wrong position
- Potentially fixed certain scripted female guard lines going unused


Removals:
- Removed Harold having explosive diarrhea, it just looked weird
- Removed broken robogrunt scripts

BMCER THREE YEARS ANNIVERSARY UPDATE!
ATTENTION!!!
In this update we decided to take BMCER to more stylized direction to better match the general GoldSrc aesthetic without completely abandoning the more grounded style of BMS. This also serves as way to better differentiate BMCER from BMCE and other mods. For this reasons we have chosen to remaster most of the textures not only from BMCER itself but also ones from BMCE to better fit this new direction. Generally this means textures are changed to better resemble something you might see in GoldSrc game, even if only in spirit. Scientists have been changed to have desaturated labcoats, light red-ish brown pants and very slightly green-ish blue shirt. Guards have gotten their HL1 color scheme back (plus no more yellow lines on pants) in addition to getting breast pockets on their shirts. Their vests is now much darker shade as well as higher quality and they were given much more futuristic looking helmets with HL1 style chrome top and Hard-Life style side notches. Please be adviced, these textures are now part of the intended BMCER experience. As hinted in the previous sentence, we will not offer are meaningfull support with bugs resulting from not wanting to use these textures and we have no plans to revert back to using the original ones.

- Fixed HECU engineers not using cigarettes as often as originally intended

Additions:

- Restored old black moustache man face to be used on vest scientists

- Added three new face textures made by racer_dude (One of them is unused but I still added it in the files as modder's resource)
- Added open coat/coatless admin, replaces 02 admin model (both normal and hurt variants)

- Updated First Response guard beret to match with the normal guard one better
- Fixed minor clipping issues on 01 admin as well as bodyguard ties
- Fixed previously missing model details on 01 admins as well as bodyguard
- Rerigged ID badges on almost all models to reduce clipping
- Updated BMCE HECU engineer helmet to be consistent with the one other BMCE HECU models use
- Updated BMCE HECU medic helmet to be more consistent with the one used in vanilla game
- Updated OSHA inspector helmets to have the logo on the front instead of the side (credit to racer_dude for the textures)
- Minor fixes and changes to character manifest, mainly to make use of the new faces
