Finalised update, removing unneccessary changes and tweaking pausing due to lag to happen before speed slow-down. Effectively allows the player who lagged into oblivion to catch up faster while removing the annoyance of constantly resetting the speed back up.

Realised how to properly code defines which helped reduce unneccassary code lines in the mod's defines.lua => 99% less compatibility problems

3rd Update.

Failed to reduce unneccesary code in defines, cause i don't know how to.

Just removing the code while leaving the changed Ndefine categories intact crashes the game.

Using the previous versions' way to code defines also didn't work.
