Swapped med chamber and armor locker so the new armor locker model no longer blocks the cargo box behind it.

Changed orientation of constructors to better fit the new models

Updated for 1.7
- Added 3 shield capacitors and 1 shield charger. Restores shield to 18,225 hp / 150 recharge. This should be roughly equivalent to the 1.6 standard advanced shield.
- Removed the left-most drill laser to bring the count to 10 which leaves it compliant with the new block limits. If you are playing with limits disabled you can replace the antenna in that spot with the 11th drill.
